Setting up an eSIM on your Android device allows you to access mobile data without the need for a physical SIM card. Our eSIMs provide data-only services and do not support voice calls or SMS.

Make sure your Android device supports eSIM functionality. Compatible models include the latest Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy, and select Huawei devices. For the best performance, update your operating system to the latest version.

After purchasing your eSIM, you will receive an email containing a QR code and step-by-step setup instructions. Keep this information accessible during installation.

Before installing your eSIM, ensure that your device is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network, as this is required for downloading and activating the eSIM profile.

1. Open Settings app on your Android device.
2. Tap Network & Internet..
3. Select Mobile Network..
4. Tap Add Carrier or Add eSIM..
5. When prompted, scan the QR code received via email.

1. Scan the provided QR code using your phone’s camera.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize activation.

After installation, activate mobile data on your new eSIM:

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network..
2. Select your newly added eSIM.
3. Turn on Mobile Data.

Ensure that your eSIM is properly connected by checking your signal strength and mobile network status. Once confirmed, you can start using mobile internet.

1. If setup fails, restart your device and try again.
2. Check for available software updates and install them.
3. Ensure that your Wi-Fi connection remains stable during installation.
